From the earth, quite simply! That's right, our fruits and vegetables come directly from the fields. We buy them from farmers, without any middlemen. We have chosen not to buy unsold produce from large retailers because our mission is to support local agriculture and be as close as possible to it.

No, fruits and vegetables are purchased from Belgian producers. We are fighting for fair compensation for all stakeholders, starting with the people at the source of our food system.It's a commitment, and it's also what justifies the prices of Dalf creations. Dalf recipes are definitely seasonal, but the ( second ) good news is that you can eat them all year round thanks to our natural preservation process. This is called pasteurization, which allows the product to be kept for 1 year at room temperature. Great, right?
